I realized my mistake when waiting for the bags at the baggage belt.<\/p>\n<p>I contacted the service desk immediately and want to share what happened and summarize the service level from mentioned service providers.<br \/>\n\u2022 At first contact the representative at the service desk contacted the people that have been cleaning the plane.<br \/>\no He got the information that the item has been taken care of<br \/>\n\u2022 Asked him how to get it back and was informed that I had to go to another terminal building (Terminal 1 \u2013 20 minutes by car)<br \/>\n\u2022 I asked if possible to get the item here at terminal 2<br \/>\no Got info that they will bring it to the desk<br \/>\n\u2022 Waiting and asked again about status and got info that the item will be placed on belt 25 and I had to be at the start of the belt to catch the item.<br \/>\no No item showed up<br \/>\n\u2022 Got then new information that I had to go to Terminal 1 to get the item. It will be there.<br \/>\n\u2022 Very embarrassed I had to explain to the travel guide in the bus that I am causing this delay, asking for the bus to go to terminal one. The group in the bus was about 25 persons.<br \/>\n\u2022 Arriving to terminal one I had to search for the service desk. Went to the \u201clost and found\u201d desk but got information I had to go into the arrival hall before customs\/border control.<br \/>\no Did not get any information how this is possible.<br \/>\n\u2022 Went to the border control and was immediately stopped by the border police asking \u201cwhat the hell am I doing\u201d. Explaining my errand showing my passport and after a number of questions I was allowed to get to the other side<br \/>\no Why is the service desk on the other side? How should that service desk being reached when cases like this?<br \/>\n\u2022 The serviced desk staff had no information about my lost item. They made some calls and suddenly nobody knew anything about my lost item<br \/>\no Had to give up in this situation and became very sad and upset<br \/>\no The service desk person took my name and phone number.<br \/>\nNobody have called me since then<br \/>\n\u2022 Very embarrassed causing the delay I returned to the bus and started the journey to final destination.<br \/>\no The mood was not so good<br \/>\n\u2022 Started to perform some actions day after arrival<br \/>\no The flight operators support is only to provide a phone number where to call for support<br \/>\nI always get disconnected when calling the phone number and get no answer<br \/>\n\u2022 The airport website has a mail address where to send requests like this<br \/>\no I have sent a mail explaining my situation and with all contact details<br \/>\nNobody has answered the mail<br \/>\n\u2022 I do not know what to do further and see my valuable item as lost forever.<\/p>\n<p>My conclusion is that the service delivered from mentioned service providers are very poor and I will avoid to use these in the future.<\/p>\n<p>From my point of view they are ignorant, lying, probably thieving and just want to keep out customers requesting for help and support.<\/p>\n<p>In cases of problems suppliers can show they real colors and this is just what they have been doing in this case.<\/p>\n<p>My recommendation is therefore to avoid low-cost suppliers and poor performers like in heading.<\/p>\n<p>I am very disappointed.<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to share this with as many as you like.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dags f\u00f6r en semesterresa &#8211; Vart \u00e4r vi p\u00e5 v\u00e4g?<\/strong><br \/>\nKanske inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt denna g\u00e5ng?<br \/>\nNu kan Du l\u00e4sa alla fr\u00e5gor, f\u00f6rklaringar och svar.<br \/>\nDenna g\u00e5ng blev det inga rapporter fr\u00e5n resan.<\/p>\n<p>10 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\n\u00c4nd\u00e5 n\u00e5got sade han som s\u00e5g \u00c5m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>8 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nLandets ursprungliga innev\u00e5nare \u00e4r i minoritet 33 % av befolkningen. St\u00f6rsta invandrargruppen \u00e4r 43 % av befolkningen. BNP per capita \u00e4r 168 000. Endast 2 % av landet \u00e4r odlingsbart.<\/p>\n<p>6 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nInledningen av en eldf\u00e4ngd mans aktiviteter samt l\u00e4gg till en stickig sak &#8211; kan -Tjaaa \u2013 vara en bra inledning.<\/p>\n<p>4 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nMed en g\u00f6teborgares mindset kan denna ledtr\u00e5d vara ganska enkel &#8211; En ragu med ingredienserna and och en verbformad orre, kan nog bli en intressant mix som leder mot l\u00f6sningen!<\/p>\n<p>2 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nFotbollslaget presterar inget vidare i EM kvalet. Aktuell m\u00e5lskillnad \u00e4r just nu 2 \u2013 20 efter 5 matcher! Gissa hur m\u00e5nga po\u00e4ng de har d\u00e5? Detta lilla land finns p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen mellan tv\u00e5 av Europas st\u00f6rsta l\u00e4nder. Vart \u00e4r vi p\u00e5 v\u00e4g?<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r kommer svaren:<\/p>\n<p>10 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nLandet \u00e4r som sagt mycket litet<\/p>\n<p>8 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nMajoriteten av befolkningen \u00e4r spanjorer. Landet \u00e4r ett frihandelsomr\u00e5de och det kan vara en orsak till att man har bra ekonomi. Landet best\u00e5r mest bara av berg.<\/p>\n<p>6 po\u00e4ng<br \/>\nEldf\u00e4ngd man \u00e4r PYRoman. Stickig sak \u00e4r EN.
